Being one of the people in the book, I am so proud of being one of the members of this amazing team under the great leadership of Iman who was so devoted and put great effort to build up a strong company culture focusing on customer experience with well dfined core values which shaped behaviour of empolyees and created a very passionate team with strong commitment to deliver excellent experience to our customers. When I read all the stories, it recalled all my sweet memories and unforgetable experiencce to walk through the journery of Customer Experience culture which is a magic to change myself to trust and respect people whom I worked with. It is also a magic to unify our employees to work together to achieve our vision. I think this book can deliver the tactics how to build up a great company by rolling out an exciting company culture focusing on touching people with trust.
